The 2025 CSR Report
Humanscale's 2025 CSR Report demonstrates how sustainability is embedded across our products, operations, and design philosophy. From advancing material health and bringing more manufacturing processes in-house to expanding our ocean plastic program and handprint initiatives, we continue to pursue measurable impact that benefit people and the planet. As a Certified B Corporation, we remain committed to transparency, accountability, and continuous progress toward Net Positive.
This Corporate Social Responsibility report, published in 2026, reflects our performance during the 2025 calendar year in accordance with standard reporting guidelines.
Healthier Materials, Greater Transparency
Healthy products begin with knowing what they are made of. Our steadfast commitment to material health continues by eliminating more chemicals of concern and providing greater transparency through resources such as Health Product Declarations and Declare Labels.
Bringing Manufacturing Closer
By bringing more manufacturing processes in-house, we gain greater control over materials, energy use, waste and transportation impacts. This approach strengthens our supply chain while supporting more responsible and efficient production.
Moving Beyond Carbon Neutral
Our Net Positive approach looks beyond reducing carbon emissions to consider a broader range of impacts, from water and resource depletion to wildlife preservation and social responsibility. Through measurable footprints and handprints, we are working to give back more than we take.
Advancing Ocean Plastic Solutions
We continue to broaden our long-standing ocean plastic program by incorporating material made from discarded fishing nets into more products, demonstrating how waste can become a valuable design resource.
"Our unwavering commitment to making the office and the world a healthier place continues to propel us forward and raises the bar for the industry at large."
