To Raise: Gently pull upward on the armrests and raise to desired position. They will automatically lock in place when released. To lower: As you press the heel of your palm into the arm rest while grasping its edge, lift slightly. You will hear the arm rest unlock. Lower to the desired position and it will automatically lock in place when released.
