This 8-hour hands-on workshop is designed to help participants learn how to develop and implement a comprehensive ergonomics program. Participants are provided with a framework for building a successful ergonomics program aimed at reducing risk of injury, improving worker health and lowering associated costs. Attendees will also gain insights on how to define measurable program goals and implement critical program components. This workshop will help your ergonomics team formulate a framework for building a successful ergonomics program that will be mutually beneficial to employees and the organization.  Information shared is used to prioritize areas of concern and develop cost effective improvement strategies.  Both short and long term program objectives will be defined and stakeholder responsibilities will be discussed. Our team will help participants prepare a working draft of a written ergonomics program which will summarize the policies and procedures related to the management of the program once implemented.
